There are some high volume tint shops that are marketing Computerized Cutting Systems but the reality is the tint shop's owner is the only one who benefits by utilizing this system. Computerized Cutting Systems enable a tint shop to control film waste and to increase volume with less experience installers.
To gain access to the entire door glass and for a perfect tint job, Doug will remove the inner door molding as shown on this Honda Accord. On vehicles where the molding is attached to the door panel itself, the door panel will be removed as shown on this Rolls Royce. Once the film is dried, Doug will file off the excess film from the top edge ensuring there are no gaps.
